Petite Delicates is based in the United States.

Domestic Shipping

Domestic orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. Orders with handmade items are processed between 5-10 business days. After being shipped, they typically take 2-10 business days for delivery. Please check that your address is correct. You should receive an email with your tracking number, but if you have not received one, email me at hello@petitedelicates.com.

International Shipping

You can see if shipping is available in your country at checkout. At checkout, standard and expedited shipping are offered. While expedited shipping is more expensive, it comes with insurance that will cover the package in case it gets lost. Standard does not. Packages may be subject to customs fees the customer must pay.

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days. Orders with handmade items are processed between 5-10 business days. After being shipped, they may take anywhere from 11-48 business days with standard and 2-14 with expedited to be delivered. Please check that your address is correct. You should receive an email with your tracking number, but if you have not received one, email me at hello@petitedelicates.com.

Returns

Vintage and reworked items are final sale. However, if there are any major issues with your order, please contact me at hello@petitedelicates.com.

Items handmade by Petite Delicates are eligible for returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Please email me at hello@petitedelicates.com to initiate a return. Provide me your order number and I will send you a shipping label. Please pack as carefully as possible as to not damage the item and ship within 10 days of receiving the label. Otherwise, I will assume you changed your mind and close the return. Shipping fees are not refunded and the price of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If the reason for returning the item is due to a mistake of the buyer, a 15% restock fee will be deducted from your refund as well.

Your refund will be issued when I receive your item. After I issue your refund, please allow up to 2-10 business days for your bank to process it.
